Contractor websites that book the job.
Your website should work as hard as your crew. Homeowners find contractors on Google, then give up on a slow page, a form nobody answers or a call that rings out. We close those leaks and connect booking and payments to the software you already run, so every job that comes in on its own is one you didn't pay for.

(01) The leak
Most contractor sites lose the job before the phone rings.
The after-hours call that goes nowhere
A burst pipe at eleven at night, a leak over the bed, a breaker that keeps tripping. The homeowner calls whoever answers first. If that's your voicemail, the job goes down the road and you never hear about it.
The form nobody answers
Homeowners want to pick a time and get on with their evening. A contact form makes them wait for a callback, and every hour without a reply they keep shopping.
The slow page on a phone
Most homeowners find you on a phone, often standing next to the problem. When the page drags, they tap back and call the next listing. You paid for that click either way.
(02) Your busy season
Every trade has a stretch when the phones don't stop.
The site gets built for yours, so it is ready before the rush starts.
-
Plumbing
Busy when
Freezing nights, burst pipes and water heaters that give out.
The site
An emergency path that gets a homeowner from search to booked visit in under a minute, day or night.
-
Roofing
Busy when
Storm season, and every leak a homeowner wants fixed before the snow.
The site
Inspection requests with photos attached, and financing quoted before you write the estimate.
-
Electrical
Busy when
Space heaters, holiday lights and generators all winter long.
The site
Upfront service fees, and panel and generator pages that book the visit instead of collecting a maybe.
-
HVAC
Busy when
Heating season, then the summer AC rush.
The site
Real arrival windows off your dispatch board, plus maintenance plans sold online in the quiet months.

(03) What you get
Everything in one build.
One team, one timeline, one invoice. You are not the project manager holding a web designer, an SEO and your software vendor together.
Fast website
Service and city pages built for local search, written for a homeowner in a hurry and quick on a phone.
Online booking
Real time slots pulled from your schedule. When a slot fills, it disappears from the site.
Every lead answered
Calls and forms land in one place, and a text goes out within seconds, so nobody waits an hour to hear back.
Payments and financing
Deposits that hold the slot, invoices paid from a phone and financing quoted before the big jobs.
Call tracking
A different number per source, so you can see which ad, keyword or listing produced each booked job.
Reviews
One review request after every finished job, sent automatically while the customer is still happy.
(04) See it working
What a job looks like on a site built this way.
Every screen below comes from a working build. Follow one job from the moment a homeowner finds you to the moment the invoice is paid.
01 · Booking
A homeowner books the visit without calling.
The open times on the site come straight from your schedule. A homeowner with a leaking water heater picks one at nine at night, and the job is waiting when the office opens.
- Times pulled live from ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Jobber
- A booked time disappears from the site, so nobody gets double-booked
- A small deposit holds the visit and cuts the no-shows
02 · Confirmation
They know who is coming and when.
A text confirms the visit and the price the moment it is booked. On the day, another one names the tech and says when the truck is close.
- Deposit applied to the final bill
- The job lands in your software with the address and the problem filled in
- On-the-way text with the tech's name
03 · The owner view
See which ad paid for each job.
Calls, forms and bookings land in one place, each tagged with the ad, keyword or listing it came from. At the end of the month you see revenue next to what each source cost, on one screen.
- Every lead from first call to finished job
- Revenue by source, next to the cost of each
- The keyword behind every tracked call
04 · Payment and financing
Big jobs approved before you drive out.
A new roof, a panel upgrade or a water heater swap is easier to say yes to with a monthly number. Financing gets checked on the site before the visit, and the invoice gets paid by text when the work is done.
- Soft-check financing with three monthly options
- Pay link by text, receipt straight to QuickBooks
- Deposit and discounts already taken off
Screens are from a demonstration build with sample data.
(05) How it runs
Live in about three weeks.
One audit call, one build you approve on a staging link, one launch where nothing you already rank for gets lost.
- 1
Audit
A recording by email, or thirty minutes on a call if you prefer. Your site, your software, your ad spend and where the calls go missing.
- 2
Build
We design the pages and wire up your tools. You see it on a staging link and approve it before launch.
- 3
Launch
Redirects, tracking and the booking flow go live together, so nothing you already rank for is lost.
- 4
Report
A monthly page of calls, bookings and revenue by source. Short enough that you will actually read it.
(06) Your agency
The report says leads went up. Does your phone agree?
You pay an agency every month, and their numbers never quite match the jobs on your board. Nobody can tell you where the difference went.
We work alongside your agency as a second pair of eyes. Every call and form gets tracked from the ad to the booked job, so both of you are looking at the same numbers. They keep running the ads. You see what each one booked, and no lead slips through.

(07) Integrations
Works with the tools you already run.
Nothing here asks you to change software in the middle of a season. Run something that is not listed? If it has an API or a Zapier connection, it can be wired in.

(08) Questions
Questions, answered straight.
A few we hear a lot, then the rest. Yours may be different: ask it on a call or by email, and you get the same kind of answer.
“Can it talk to ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro without me switching anything? My office would quit.”
Yes.
We connect to what you run: ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber and the rest. A job booked on the site at nine at night is on the board when your office opens at seven. Nothing about their screen changes.
See the booking screen“Do you work with my trade?”
Yes.
Plumbing, roofing, electrical and HVAC make up most of our work, including 70+ sites for one national HVAC franchise. Garage doors, pest control and the other home services work the same way. A homeowner has a problem and books whoever makes it easy.
Running an HVAC company? See HVAC websites“Do I have to pay for the whole thing up front?”
No.
Most owners put the build on the care plan and pay nothing up front: one monthly fee covers the build, hosting and upkeep, and after 18 months the site is yours outright. If you would rather pay the quote once and own it from launch day, that works too. Same build either way.
More questions
I already have a marketing agency. Do I have to drop them?
No. We work alongside them as a second pair of eyes. They keep running the ads, and you get numbers that match the jobs on your board. If their report and your phone disagree, you will know where the leads went.
Do I have to switch my field software?
No. We connect to what you run today. Switching software in the middle of a busy season is a bad idea, and we are not going to suggest it.
Do I have to get on a call for the audit?
No. Send the form and the recording arrives by email. A thirty-minute call is there if you would rather go through it together. Skip the audit entirely if you already know what you need and email us instead.
What do you need from me to start a build?
Access to your current site and hosting if you have them, a login for your field software, your logo, any photos of your crew and trucks, and a list of the services and cities you want pages for. Starting from nothing is fine too.
Who owns the website?
You do. Pay the quote up front and it is yours from launch day. Take the no-upfront route and it is yours after 18 months on the care plan. Either way the domain, the content, the customer data and the analytics accounts are in your name from the start.
How long does it take?
About three weeks from the audit call to launch, for a site with online booking and call tracking. Deeper CRM and payment work can add a week.
What happens to my current site and its rankings?
Every existing page keeps its URL or gets a permanent redirect to its closest match, so the traffic you already earn carries over instead of starting again.
I like my current site. Can you keep it and fix the leaks?
Often, yes. The audit says which: if the site is sound, we add booking, call tracking and the CRM sync to it. If it is slow or hard to change, we say so and quote a rebuild instead.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. You get the number in writing after the audit, and it moves only if you ask for something that was not in the scope. No hourly billing. Pay it once, or spread it across the care plan with nothing up front.
What does the care plan cover?
Hosting, backups, updates, small changes and a monthly page showing calls, bookings and revenue by source. Anything broken gets a same-day response. After 18 months the plan is month to month and the site is yours.
