What these cover

These terms cover your use of dngstudio.co and its pages, forms and free audit. They are between you and DNG Studio, Belgrade, Serbia. By using the site you accept them. If we go on to do paid work for you, that work is governed by the written quote and agreement for the project, and where the two differ, the project agreement wins.

Using the site

You may browse, read, share links to and contact us through the site. You may not scrape it, probe or attack it, submit forms with false details or on someone else's behalf without their permission, or use it for anything unlawful. Form submissions that look automated are discarded without reply.

The free audit

A free audit is a review of your website, listing and booking flow that we provide at no charge, as a recording or on a call, to people who ask for one. It is our professional opinion at that moment, based on what is publicly visible and what you tell us. It is not a guarantee of any result, and acting on it is your decision. We may decline to provide one, and we do not charge for one under any circumstances. Requesting an audit does not commit either of us to anything further.

Content and trademarks

The words, design and code of this site belong to DNG Studio. You may quote from it with a link back. Client names and marks shown belong to those clients and appear with their agreement. Other product names on the site, including field service, payment, call tracking and advertising platforms, are the trademarks of their owners. Listing one means we can connect to it; it does not mean that company endorses us or that we are affiliated with it.

Demonstrations

Some pages show screens from demonstration builds. The businesses, people, reviews and figures in those screens are invented to show how a build works. They are not client results and should not be read as such.

No promises about the site

The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available as best we can, but we do not promise that it is error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose, and we may change or take down any part of it at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything published on it, including a free audit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another site, that site is someone else's. We are not responsible for what it does or what it collects.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia and any dispute about them is for the courts of Belgrade, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top moves when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version.
