What does DNG Studio actually do?
We build and maintain websites, e-commerce stores, SEO programs, and AI tools for small and mid-size businesses across Europe, the Americas, and Australia.
Where are you based?
Belgrade, Serbia. Our clients are across Europe, the Americas, and Australia. We work in English, hold meetings on your timezone, and bill in USD or your local currency.
How big is the team?
Three senior partners and a tight network of trusted specialists (designers, copywriters, photographers, paid-media). You work directly with one of the partners from first call to ongoing care.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, mutual NDAs available before substantive conversations.
Pricing & contracts
How much do projects cost?
Websites from $2,500. E-commerce from $5,000. SEO retainers from $1,500/month. AI prototypes from $2,500. Real numbers come after a 30-minute scoping call. Full breakdown on /pricing.
Hourly or fixed-fee?
Fixed-fee for every project. You see one number before we start, so you can plan around it.
Payment schedule?
50/50 split for small projects. 33/33/33 for larger ones. ACH, wire, and major cards accepted.
Will you do equity or rev-share deals?
Rarely, and only for fits we genuinely believe in. Cash is preferred and gets prioritized.
Process & timelines
How long does a project take?
Small business sites: 2–4 weeks. E-commerce: 4–8 weeks. SEO: 90-day cycles. AI prototypes: 1 week. Real numbers in your fixed quote.
What does the kickoff look like?
30-minute discovery call (free), then a written scope and price within 48 hours. Once you sign, we kick off within 5 business days.
How do reviews and feedback work?
Weekly demo links so you can watch progress. Async feedback in plain English (Loom, comments, screenshots), we don't waste your time on formal review meetings unless you want them.
What if scope changes mid-project?
We agree on the change in writing before we do the work, so you never see a surprise bill.
Ownership
Who owns the website / code / domain?
You. Always. Domain in your registrar account. Code in your repo (we add ours for collaboration). Hosting in your account if you prefer, everything stays yours.
Can I leave you and take everything?
Yes. We'll hand over credentials, repos, and a Loom walkthrough, at any time, no exit fee.
What if you go out of business?
Your site keeps running. Everything is on standard platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Next.js on Cloudflare/Vercel) that any competent developer can pick up.
Support after launch
What's included after launch?
30 days of free post-launch tweaks (copy, images, small fixes). After that, optional care plan from $99/month, or pay-as-you-go.
What's a care plan?
Updates, backups, security monitoring, and small content changes. Three tiers, basic, growth, priority. See /pricing or ask us.
How do I get help when something breaks?
Email or text. Most issues handled within hours during business days. Critical down-issues handled outside hours for retainer clients.
